DESCRIPTION and TECHNICAL DETAILS

    1 x Wool Scouring Line for Raw Wool

    Brief technical information:
    •     4 Wash bowels (4ft wide) with moving forks to propel the fibre through each wash bowl
    •     Gas Heated bowles
    •     4 Squeeze mangles (after each Wash bowel)
    •     Gas drier
    •     Control & Electrical Cabinets
    •     Electrical Supply: 3 Phase 380-415v, 50Hz

    All the effluent is sent to a setting tank.
    The water then goes to drainage and the grease goes to landfill.

    Its production is 1000kg to 1250kgs/hour of greasy wool
    (The factory works on the basis of 1200kg/hour).
